Sheri Constance: Founder/CEO
Having grown up in and around the beauty industry with her mother, Sheri has been customizing individual hairstyling, coloring, and cutting for the past 22 years. During those years she has assisted and worked with some well-known artists who have helped her master her craft. She has been through numerous Davines training academies, and continues her education. Sheri is always willing to learn, which is how she's gone so far. She would love to help you achieve your goals.
Rita Dougherty: Stylist
Rita has been with fmd. for 10 years, licensed for 20. If you have thick or curly hair she's your girl. When Rita's not in the salon you can catch her at all the local events. She keeps up with the Covington Crew!
Gianna Romano: Stylist
Aveda graduate licensed for 9 years. Part of the fmd. team for the last 5 years. She's extremely out going and loves to have fun behind the chair. Specializes in custom lived in color.
Lindsey Champagne: Stylist
With over 20 years in a beauty industry, Lindsey began her career at 18 as a salon apprentice, training under some of the industries top hairstylist and international platform artist. Her passion for continued education keeps her on the cutting edge of trends and techniques allowing her to customize every haircut, color and style to highlight each clients unique beauty
Rebecca "Becca" Bertucci: Stylist
Hey y’all, Becca here! What’s my story? I am born & raised in New Orleans, JCCS alumni (Go Patriots!), traveled the world in my 20s, & returned home after my wonderful Dad went to his heavenly home.
I studied cosmetology at Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy, apprenticed at Veda Salon (both in Colorado Springs, CO), H2O Salon & Spa (Metairie, LA) and now independently successful. I’ve been crafting hair since 2010, servicing Metairie/New Orleans & part-time fmd. Covington in between weddings throughout the year for Flawless Bride & Beauty. I specialize in Davines & Goldwell color, Hanzo haircuts, men’s cuts, specialty styles, Keratin Treatments, and always continuing education for more! Bonus-I love pampering with scalp massages.
The other part of my world, my husband & I are raising our 3 beautiful TRIPLET boys. Please book with me, we can all use a little pampering!
Caroline Ray: Salon Event Coordinator
Caroline has been associated with FMD for the past
five years. Although she no longer is behind the chair, she continues to work closely with the salon team.

Jasmine Liu: Esthetician
Jasmine is our in house Esthetician who provides Full European Facials, Back Facials, Body Scrubs, and specializes in Full Body Waxing. After 3 years in Japan she decided to return home to pursue her passion of all things skin care and obtained her license in the state of Colorado and Louisiana. She continues to further her education within her field while enjoying being a new resident of the Northshore.
